The existing 56,000 sf building (originally constructed by Turgeon in the 1960's) was completely gutted to its structural members and rebuilt from that point forward. Renovations included all new Offices, Classrooms, Lecture Hall, and Atrium. A new Cooling Tower completed the HVAC upgrades as well as a new electrical transformer to support the various electrical system upgrades.
