Complete transformation of the existing 9,500sf Lynch Gymnasium into a new 308-seat Theater with separate set storage.

 

The project also included a new 1,600sf Art Gallery. New Bathrooms, HVAC, and Electrical systems were incorporated into this renovation as well.
