The existing 64,000sf Facility underwent a complete renovation.

 

The interior was gutted to its structural shell. The rebuild introduced a revised building layout adding new interior stairwells and a 5-stop elevator offering access to all floors. A new Food Service & Dining Facility and Campus Post Office was added to the Ground Floor level. New Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems were introduced and integrated within the renovation as well.

 

Renovations to the building's envelope included a new roof system, a complete repointing of the existing brick facade, new Aluminum Storefronts and ADA Entrance systems.

All exterior entrances gained new ADA ramps, access stairs, and updated perimeter grounds and landscaping.
