The building was stripped to its structural shell and reconstructed with a new architectural layout to accommodate two separate campus facilities; the Campus Radio Station and the Campus Newspaper.

All Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems were replaced.

Renovations to the building's envelope included a new roof system, a new facade, aluminum ADA entrances and storefronts. All exterior entrances gained new ADA ramps, access stairs, and updated perimeter grounds and landscaping.
